Product Description

INTRODUCTION:

The first eight years in the life of an individual is referred to as early childhood. This phase determines the future of a child not just in terms of his education but also his, abilities, personality, individuality and success. If a child lacks education in his first eight years, it can spell doom for his future. It is very important to provide a child proper early childhood education so that he can be developed properly. During this phase, a child’s mind properly develops and as they say, “wiring of the brain is laid down”. The mental, emotional, social and educational growth of a child is determined by his educational experiences and relationships received and built during his first eight years. In the same light, Hopper is a one stop smart Kindergarten for parents to address the needs of their children in a home away from home.

VISION:

To create an uninhibited and creative environment in kindergarten so that the students can fully explore and discover their innate talents.

Sonal Malhotra’s viewpoint about a good playway is that, “Today a kindergarten does not have to be only about scholastic education, but about holistic development of the child, especially in their early years. With Hopper, we aim to address that need .For a kindergarten, the focus has to be the child and that’s exactly what our focus is going to be.”
This kindergarten is spread across 1.5 acres of greenery and gives the child a pollution free environment to grow. Hopper will have state of the art infrastructure, experienced and trained faculty in kindergarten teaching, international teaching aids, curriculum designed by experts, Toy train and a lot of playways within the campus. We aim to provide a strong foundation where parents, grandparents and children experience the most inspired, spiritual, loving and child friendly education, having strong academic, practical and artistic curriculum, fostering the child’s natural capabilities at each developmental stage.

BELIEF & PRINCIPLES:

A mother is the first teacher of her child, teaching values, good manners and sharing beautiful thoughts right from the time that she has the seed of her baby in her womb. We are more like an extension of the lovely living being called “Ma”. Hopper is a place where thoughts don’t remain thoughts; ideas are not confined within the four walls of the school. It is a place where out of the box thinking is not shunned, rather it is nurtured. We believe that schools are not only to teach similar education, but also to unearth what is different and unique in each child. The school paves the way and guides every child to achieve their optimum potential.
The first 2000 days of a child’s existence are the most crucial, paving way for and laying foundation for a fulfilling tomorrow. The early years show rapid growth and development in the child’s life. 80% of their intellectual development takes place before 8 years of age and 20% between 8-18 years of age. Everything learnt during this span stays on forever. Our basic aim is to provide rich qualities in the child and help him develop good habits, confidence, positive attitude and inquiry based approach, thus helping them enhance their overall personality, knowledge, imagination and playfulness. Thus, the child gets ample opportunities to grow and achieve his full potential, i.e physical, intellectual, social, emotional, creative, aesthetic and spiritual development.

Teachers and teaching are the heart and soul of the educational institution. For a skilful teacher, the child remains the central figure in designing and implementation of classroom activities, and it is this skill that makes the difference in the performance of the child, duly appreciating the positives and working towards overcoming the shortcomings. Children enter school with a significant background of learning experiences with their family and friends. Every child has a strong need for being involved, loved and properly nurtured. Participating actively from the earliest years has a very positive role to play in ensuring that every child feels safe and secure, is valued and has a strong sense of belonging. Every child needs a bigger world with greater intellectual, social and physical challenges to develop as a responsible and confident lifelong learner.
